The worker, stationed at the CCTV control room, was caught watching the movie during duty hours. He reportedly shared screenshots or clips on social media, which led to his arrest by local police. This incident highlights the widespread nature of the leak and ongoing efforts to curb piracy.

The film’s theatrical release remains in limbo. Makers are currently considering two possible dates—May 8 or late May—depending on censor clearances. The leak has severely impacted the film's business prospects, with distributors and OTT platforms reassessing deals.
